Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler Giveaway

1. Sponsor. This Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Run Hot LLC, Casper, WY 82601 (“Sponsor”). The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Dyson, Apple, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, or any prize manufacturer.
2. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. Making a purchase will neither improve nor reduce your odds.
3. Eligibility. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Promotion Period. The Giveaway is conducted in monthly periods. Each Promotion Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that same calendar month, until the Giveaway ends. Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for the Giveaway.
5. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter, each with an equal chance of winning. All entries received during a Promotion Period are pooled together for a single random drawing.
   1. Free online entry (no purchase necessary). Complete the free entry form at the top of this page with your name, email, and date of birth. Limit one (1) entry per person per Promotion Period. This is the free Alternate Method of Entry and has the same chance of winning as any other entry.
   2. Entry with purchase (optional). Customers who purchase a qualifying Run Hot subscription during a Promotion Period automatically receive one (1) entry. This is optional; a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
6. Prize. One (1) Dyson Airwrap™ multi-styler (approximate retail value: $599) awarded per Promotion Period. The prize is non-transferable. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. Winner Selection & Notification. Within seven (7) business days after the end of each Promotion Period, Sponsor (or its agent) will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period. The potential winner will be notified by email and must respond within five (5) days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random, time permitting.
9. Trademark Disclaimer. Dyson and Dyson Airwrap are trademarks of Dyson, and all other marks are the property of their respective owners. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Dyson in any way. Dyson is not a sponsor of, and is not responsible for, this Giveaway.
10. General Conditions. By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control compromises its integrity.
11. Release & Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Giveaway in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to such use.
13. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and the Giveaway is void where prohibited.
14. Winner List. For the name of the winner of any Promotion Period, email a request to support@runhot.co within sixty (60) days after that period ends.
